Company Wellbeing Programs

We partner with organisations to create and deliver tailored mental wellbeing programmes that transform workplace culture.

Built around your people's specific needs, our programmes combine strategic consulting, policy development, regular coaching sessions, and expertly curated workshops suitable for employees at every level.

Therapy and Coaching

Safe, confidential 1-2-1 sessions with a registered psychologist providing a supportive space to offload mental noise, overcome mind barriers, and reach emotional equilibrium. 

Whether your people are dealing with stress, anxiety, sleep issues, or low energy levels, our structured approach helps them manage their mental health and achieve their wellbeing goals through expert guidance and compassionate support.

Sessions last 50 minutes - for maximum benefit, we recommend a minimum of 4-6 sessions per employee, over a period of 2-6 months.

Training and Workshops

Bite-sized, interactive sessions on a variety of topics in wellbeing. 

Depending on how deep you like to do into the subject and budget, we can deliver the topics in 60 min (Lunch & Learn), 90min, half day (4h) and full day (8h) and two day (16h) formats.

In-person option is available for groups of up to 16-25 and online for groups of up to 100.

Online Courses

Flexible, accessible digital learning modules covering stress management, resilience building, and self-care techniques that employees can complete at their own pace.
