Hi, I am Anastasia
I am the Founder of Mental Gym. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Leiden University, the Netherlands. I am also a published psychologist specializing in workplace wellbeing and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom.
I work closely with lawyers, helping them navigate the unique pressures, stress, and emotional challenges inherent in legal practice.
My commitment to mental health in the legal sector is both professional and personal. My partner and brother-in-law are both practising lawyers, which has given me firsthand insight into the culture of the profession and the often-hidden struggles that legal professionals face. This understanding has inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting this community.
